All paid plans — Pro, Family, and Elite — come with a 3-day money back guarantee. If you subscribe to any paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 3 days, contact us at hello@zroppix.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click — no phone calls, no awkward cancellation flows. When you cancel, you retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
The free plan is completely free with no credit card required. There is nothing to refund on the free plan.
Refund requests submitted more than 3 days after the initial subscription date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair solution.
